Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Power Up Gaming is preparing to resume shipping to the United States soon. U.S. shipping has been affected by new import requirements that took effect on August 29, 2025, including the end of the duty-free de minimis threshold for many low-value shipments and the requirement for duties to be assessed and prepaid before eligible postal shipments cross the border.
We are working through the required setup so U.S. customers can order from us with a smoother and more reliable checkout experience. Until U.S. shipping is fully re-enabled at checkout, Canadian orders remain unaffected.
How Our Shipping Credits Work
Shipping credits are automatically applied at checkout when your order reaches the qualifying order value. You do not need a coupon code.
These credits are designed to help reduce the cost of shipping while still allowing us to pack orders properly, provide tracking, and work with trusted carriers. As shipping costs, fuel surcharges, and carrier rates continue to rise, this system helps us keep shipping fair for customers without hiding the real cost of delivery inside our product prices.

What Orders Qualify?
Shipping credits are based on the eligible merchandise subtotal before shipping and applicable taxes. If your order qualifies, the available shipping credit will be reflected at checkout.
No Code Needed
The discount is built into the shipping setup and applies automatically when your order reaches the qualifying amount.
Tracked Shipping
All shipped orders include tracking so you can follow your order once it leaves Power Up Gaming.
Canada and U.S.
These shipping credits are intended for eligible Canadian orders and eligible U.S. orders once U.S. shipping is fully re-enabled.
