🚨 Important Notice for U.S. Customers 🚨
As of August 29, 2025, due to U.S. Executive Order 14324, all U.S.-bound postal shipments require duties to be collected and verified before packages are accepted for delivery. At this time, the process for securing the required Declaration ID has not been made clear by carriers.

Because of this, we are temporarily suspending all shipments to the United States until a workable solution is in place. This suspension may last a short time or remain in effect until regulations change.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we navigate these unexpected changes. Canadian orders remain unaffected.



The more you spend with us, the lower your shipping rates will be.  Below is the table of the shipping discounts you will be receiving based on your order totals.  These discounts will be up to a Maximum of $30 and includes all our customers in Canada and the USA.  This applies to both Expedited and Xpresspost options.  

These changes were put in place to save the majority of our customer's money while also enhancing our costing model for shipping with the rising cost of fuel surcharges being passed on to businesses.  We feel that these changes are in-line or more aggressive then what a lot of our competitors are offering. 


Shipping Policy

All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Barrie, Ontario, Canada. We process and ship within 2 business days (Monday through Saturday, excluding Canadian holidays).

We partner with Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator, selecting the carrier that offers the best rates and service for your region.

For Canadian customers:

  • Standard Parcel: approximately 3–10 business days

  • Expedited/Priority: approximately 2–7 business days, depending on location

For U.S. customers:

  • Please note: U.S. shipping is currently suspended due to new regulatory requirements (see notice above).

Delivery timelines are estimates only, as actual transit times can vary by carrier, location, and seasonal demand. While we make every effort to ship promptly, we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.

Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, all of our games and systems are used and professionally refurbished. Every product is fully cleaned, tested, and formatted by our staff before being listed for sale.

At Power Up Gaming, every item comes with a warranty:

  • Consoles: 90-day warranty

  • Games & accessories: 30-day warranty

If an item arrives defective or develops an issue within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or issue an in-store credit for the original purchase price, at our discretion. Please note that warranty coverage does not extend to abuse, neglect, or physical damage.

If you are unhappy with your purchase or experience buyer’s remorse, you may return it within 30 days for full in-store credit, provided it is in the same condition with all original packaging. (Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.)

Purchases made using trade credit are treated as trade-ins if returned. Buyer’s remorse coverage applies only to purchases made with payment methods other than trade credit. All warranty terms listed above still apply.

If your order is lost in delivery, we will do our best to find out what happened with your order by working with the delivery company.  We will open a support ticket with them and have them attempt to trace the location of your delivery.  If the delivery company deems that they are at fault for a delivery and your delivery option included insurance, you will receive replacement product, or issue an in-store credit for the original purchase price, at our discretion.  

For order cancellations, please be aware that costs such as credit card processing fees, labor, packaging materials, and shipping labels are incurred once your order is placed. To help offset these expenses, a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply, or we may issue an in-store credit that never expires.
