The more you spend with us, the lower your shipping rates will be.  Below is the table of the shipping discounts you will be receiving based on your order totals.  These discounts will be up to a Maximum of $30 and includes all our customers in Canada and the USA.  This applies to both Expedited and Xpresspost options.  

These changes were put in place to save the majority of our customer's money while also enhancing our costing model for shipping with the rising cost of fuel surcharges being passed on to businesses.  We feel that these changes are in-line or more aggressive then what a lot of our competitors are offering. 


Shipping Policy

All products ship from our warehouse located in Barrie, Ontario, Canada.  Shipping will occur no later than the 2 business days. We ship Monday - Saturday, Canadian holidays excluded.  

Orders within Canada will be shipped via regular parcel and will take approximately 3 to 10 business days to arrive.  Priority shipments will take 2 to 7 days depending on your location. 

Order to the USA will be shipped via regular parcel and will take approximately 5 to 15 business days to arrive.  Priority shipments will take 3 to 7 days depending on your location.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Please consider any shipping or transit time offered to you only as an estimate.

Return Policy

Please note that all of our games and systems, unless noted otherwise, are used and refurbished products, all of which that have been fully cleaned, tested and formatted by our professional staff.

Power Up Gaming does not sell anything without a warranty.  With all consoles, we offer you a full 90 day warranty.  Games and accessories are include a 30 day warranty.  If the item you receive is defective or has issues then we will either repair it, provide you with a replacement or provide a full in-store credit for the original purchased price at our discretion.  Warranty does not include abuse or physical damage from neglect.  If you are unhappy with your purchase or having buyers remorse, we will offer you a full 30 day in-store credit for your items as long as we receive them in the same condition with all packaging (return shipping to be paid by customer).

If your purchase was made with trade-credit, any product returned will be treated as a trade-in.  Buyer's remorse only applies to purchases made with a payment source other then trade-credit.  Full warranty as listed above applies to your transaction though.

In situations where an order is cancelled, our business occurs credit card processing fees, labour allocation, packaging materials, shipping label fees and more.  To help cover the costs associated with these situations, you may occur a restocking fee of up to 20% of the overall value of the order or an in-store credit that never expires.
