COVID-19 Store Operational changes

JAN 3RD, 2022 UPDATE: 
Everything is just status quo for the moment.  Our retail store is at 50% occupational capacity as per new Government regulations but open as normal.

ALL STAFF FULLY VACCINATED

All of our staff are double vaccinated and have or will have our boosters booked.

WE ARE FULLY STAFFED AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC

Once again we are open for business but in a limited capacity.  Our retail store of 2500sq feet is limited to 6 customers at a time for public shopping.  We still have curbside pickup and delivery happening. :) 

WANT CURBSIDE PICKUP?

Any completed orders made online at www.powerupgaming.ca can be picked up, when ready, in-store.  You can choose local store pickup from the shipping options screen when checking out.  Once we process your order, we will send you a detailed message on how you would go about picking it up.

WANT YOUR ORDER SHIPPED?

Canada Post picks up from us daily for all shipments that are completed on our website.  You can choose the shipping option at the time of checkout on our website at www.powerupgaming.ca.

WANT TO TRADE OR SELL US YOUR ITEMS?

Yes, we want your stuff!  Being closed for so long with COVID-19 has limited our abilities to keep our inventory to where we like it.  If you have items, we want them and we pay top dollar!  Come on in during our business hours and we will price it out on the spot.  Not local?  Send an email to info@powerupgaming.ca and we will steer you in the right direction.

Question: What is happening with repairs?  I have a system I need repaired!
Answer: Power Up Gaming is no longer providing customer repairs.  Although we will be continuing to provide disc refinishing and battery changes in cartridge based games.
